Parts are tumbled together with the special magnetic media. Rotation of magnets below the non-magnetic top plate causes a violent agitation of the magnetic pins and creates the deburring action.

Machine in action.
Operation:
  1. Pour enough magnetic media (stainless steel pins) to cover the bottom of the bucket.
  2. Put enough parts in the container, so they are not stacked on top of each other.
  3. Put the special liquid with 50-100 times of water in container. Pour enough solution to cover parts (approximately 1/4" above the parts).
  4. Place the lid on the container and put the container in the well to begin cycle.
  5. The cycle time and the quantity of parts will determine the model you need.
  6. There are many sizes of containers. A small container works better when deburring just a few parts.
