How to Order
You may place an order, request a quote, or other inquiry with us via any of the following methods:
Don't worry if you don't know the part number of an item you require. If you have it, great— but if not, just provide as complete a description as you can. Or, if you're not sure what type of tool you require, describe your application and let our application experts advise you on the best tool for the job.
Inventory We maintain a sizable inventory of products at our main facility in Addison, Illinois (which is about 25 miles west of Chicago). Please contact us to check stock on any item. Many items that are not in our inventory can be shipped direct from manufacturer stock.
Shipping Our standard shipping method is UPS unless otherwise requested. All ordered items in our inventory can generally be shipped the same day as ordered provided we receive your order by 2:00 PM central time. Items in manufacturer inventory can often be shipped direct to you.
International We ship world-wide and welcome international orders.
